About FNV Formaat

FNV Formaat is based in Woerden. Here, about 110 trainers, advisors and support staff are involved in matters regarding training and advice on an almost daily basis.
FNV Formaat is an independent organisation, with its own position and role in relation to the FNV (the Dutch Union Federation). WoCo members do not have to be a member of a union to call in the services of FNV Formaat. However, we are proud to carry FNV in our name. As well as having historical ties with FNV, we also have an ongoing relationship. FNV Formaat is the only training agency for employee participation which has made an explicit choice to operate from the employee’s perspective, and which is part of a wide network of experts. In short, we can boast of having special expertise in the field of employment issues. It is on this basis that our trainers and advisors stimulate the dialogue between the Works Council and management, which ultimately results in employment organisations which have a pleasant working atmosphere and where no one is marginalised.
