Dear readers,

FNV Formaat’s EWC Service is coming to see you!!
No doubt you’re aware of it: in December of last year, after a lengthy wait and what was an exciting year (for negotiation) in the end, the EWC Directive was revised. The EWC Service has something unique to offer you: we can visit you in order to inform you about the precise changes and improvements in the recast Directive, and we will also compare and contrast your own EWC agreement against this Directive. This can then result in a customised recommendation. Seize the opportunity! Especially for the EWCs who do not know the EWC Service’s expertise. For an introductory rate of EUR 990 (exclusive of VAT and transport costs).
For more information: Sjef Stoop tel. 06-52599048, John Snel tel. 06-52599070 or Teuny Huizer 0348-497271.

Burggraaff (Allen & Overy): the market may not be God
A splendid addition to Boudewijn Berentsen’s farewell were five other speakers from his extensive network. Jan Louis Burggraaff, Take-over Specialist from Allen & Overy, the international law firm, came over especially from Italy. Berentsen and Burggraaff got to know each other in take-overs where workers had voiced their opinion from the outset.
